\u201cDo You Mind?\u201d<\/strong>. This international cooperation project focuses on promoting youth engagement, mental health, inclusivity, and social impact within the field of youth information and youth work.<\/p>\nDeveloped as a practical European resource, the publication offers a collection of tested initiatives, activities, and methodologies that can be adapted and replicated by organisations, youth workers, educators, and youth information providers. The mapping highlights concrete examples of how mental health can be addressed proactively in youth work settings, supporting young people\u2019s well-being while strengthening their participation and sense of belonging in their communities.<\/p>\n
By sharing these best practices, the booklet aims to inspire positive change at both local and international levels. It encourages youth organisations to integrate mental health awareness into their daily work, develop safe and inclusive spaces for young people, and design activities that foster resilience, peer support, and active citizenship.<\/p>\n
Importantly, the presented practices contribute to the achievement of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly those related to good health and well-being, quality education, reduced inequalities, and sustainable communities. Through empowering young people and strengthening youth work structures, the project supports long-term community development and social cohesion across Europe.<\/p>\n
