Do you mind?
Introducing “Project Do you mind?” – Empowering Youth Workers for Better Mental Health Support
“Project Do you mind?” is an innovative initiative aimed at equipping youth workers with the skills, tools, and resources needed to provide enhanced mental health support to young people. By offering targeted training sessions and practical tools, the project aims to elevate the recognition of youth workers as crucial contributors in addressing mental health challenges among youth.
A key focus of the project is to foster active citizenship by engaging young people in awareness-raising campaigns and peer support activities, promoting a culture of empathy, understanding, and mental well-being. To further support this mission, “Project Do you mind?” will develop comprehensive resources, including training courses, educational materials, and a youth-friendly booklet highlighting best practices for mental health.
Through a series of events, the project will bridge the gap between policy, research, and practice, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health. By strengthening these connections, “Project Do you mind?” strives to create sustainable changes in mental health support and empower youth to be proactive advocates for their well-being.
